Missing Person: Thomas Wilson Borum, Male, Somerset, Date of Birth: 08/29/2014, Borum resided in a nursing home at the time of his disappearance. He was last seen there at approximately midnight on January 3, 2000. At 2:00 a.m. he was not in his room. A witness observed him on a roadway near the nursing home. Extensive searches failed to locate him. He was not dressed appropriately for the cold weather and it is believed that he may have died of exposure.
